The deliverable includes the relevant family tree, record citations, a factual chronology, and a list of unresolved items. The scope identifies the records and factual questions your matter needs researched.

Heirwell provides research support. Counsel retains responsibility for legal conclusions, pleadings, conveyancing, and the adequacy of evidence for a particular proceeding.

Scope, Fees, and Timing

Standard report ranges are $500–750 for simpler research and $1,500–2,500 for full research. Typical timing is two weeks or four to six weeks respectively, confirmed with the quote. Professional and nonprofit pricing is available on request.

After the first report, attorney and title-company work can be invoiced net 30 by agreement.
