We discuss the family, property, known records, and any missing links before setting a price. The quote confirms the research, deliverables, expected timing, and any expenses. Additional work requires a new agreement.
Payment is split: half on acceptance and half on delivery. There is no share of the land and no contingent research fee. Attorney, title-company, and nonprofit rates are available on request.
